Wasn’t going to post this yet but I forgot to mention that at one part a Packrat came from around the corner and hooked me. Luckily I had the elf saved so she got me. God I hate these sneaky fuckers. They’re so funny they warrant a sketch though.

>Find out you can jump past the first platform that the whiterat has to strike down
>Run like hell and KEEP RUNNING no matter what
>Open the door, keep running even if all the bots are dead
>Sometimes people come in but realize they’re dead and too far and leave
>One guy (The elf) Stays and watches
>Tells me when there’s specials behind me, end up face to face with a gutter runner that would have fucked me if not for him
>Keep running around making jokes about Sonic and Football to keep myself going
>Bomb the pillars succesfully but keep running as I don’t know where to go
>Have to sometimes jump all the way down just to escape a horde and pick up bombs and potions along the way
>Eventually get far enough where I can free the bots and the elf, someone else joins as soldier
>We bomb the rat and win the game
>Still full of adrenaline as I had been running in panic for at least 25 minutes straight before I started freeing people
I’m fucking crying right now
Too bad all that is discounted because I was only on hard mode
Vermintide is such a steaming pile of rotting garbage but I can’t help but love it.
