Yes this is nice but racism isn’t over. Not in the slightest. There’s still so many hateful people out there, yes it’s becoming less but it won’t be eradicated in an instant. Everyone talks about racism and segregation and slavery like it was such a long time ago. It wasn’t. You can’t just push these things under the rug, stuff like this takes time. Don’t ignore it and say everything is good, recognize it, bring it to light and let it die. Don’t just put in a corner, it’ll still be there.
