C. The rest of the post was  "But they are not as bad as those Skeletons" which was kind of poking fun at racism as a concept since in theory, the only way for us to truly abolish racism between ourselves is if some other sentient/sapient race came up. It was also a reference to Wild, a game where you can play as a skeleton. 

Think Mass Effect. All of the racism is between different species, not different colors of the human race. Or even Skyrim. Their racism is more based on origin and looks which is why Khajiit and Argonians always get the short end of the stick.

Short answer yes it was  a joke. I assumed the rest of the text made that obvious but it seems lately my jokes aren’t hitting.
