1. Help someone defeat a boss
2. Accept their invitation
3. Say no if they ask you have a mic even if you do
4. Tell them goodluck but you have to go
5. Turn off game
6. Wait 5 minutes
7. Turn game on and delete that fucker

I’m sorry but I hate people who want to be friends with you just because you help them. It used to happen in league. Its not happening in Dark Souls 2. I had too many friends on my list that would never talk to me unless I was helping them in ranked or for a boss. Not to mention I’m not even that good so to have a person delete me just because I don’t carry them once is just not worth my time.

Also talking over the mic with a “might be” 10 year old or raging manchild is not an option for me.
