Just to clarify, since answering those as a question leave no room for detail, it's simply what I've observed in a lot of monster related content over the years (monster inc & U excluded). As far as manga goes, things like Monster Monsume fetishize and throw a horny bone to men hoping something new and edgy to fetishize will sell. Opposite a ways is A Centaur's Life, which mainly focuses on monster girls for a slice-of-life manga. The problem is, men even IN it want the lead for her chest. :/

Lastly, opposite of that are Disney films like Beauty and the Beast, and what you’ve been watching, Wolf Children. The producers want to pay to make material that raises up women to an otherworldly level of compassion and understanding. Do you think most people would have been able to handle their crush suddenly turning out to be a wolf? No, but if we portray a woman that can and does, women young and old feel fulfilled in that they are the more compassionate sex. Sexism ain’t right but it sells

Yeah I get it. Its not like men are completely blameless. Helping sell the image taht men would screw a space babe with 3 tits is just the image we made for ourselves on the subject. Its just like the stereotype that women suck at driving. While its not true for everyone, it is for some. Its pointless to ask why when everyone sees the subject differently.
