There's a brony con happening in my state for the first time in June and I sorta wanna go. But I don't know what to expect. Is it fun, awkward, boring? I'm looking forward to the artist's alley and guest meet.

Why are you asking me? I’ve never been to a bronycon. Personally I don’t think there’s enough to make a con about. Its not like anime, games and even star trek that have years and years of history. (Don’t pretend you go for Gen 1.) Its all based on fan stuff. I’m sure the creators are tired of going to answer the same questions also.

But…

However. From my confessions from going to my local anime and video game convention almost every year… I say go for it. Con goers are some of the nicest people since they just want to have fun. I never thought I’d ever sing in front of people until I felt the energy from a convention.  Last year all I wanted to do was play games since nothing interested me, but even that was amazing. Granted I couldn’t have fun with any fighting games since everyone was a master  who brought their own joysticks. God damn it. I just want to try Persona 4 Arena. I don’t want to try hard. Someone even brought the demo of Fighting is Magic and he tryharded too. God damn..

It was still fun.  Even my family who isn’t into anime enjoy going and seeing the costumes and going to some of the panels. I’m iffy about Bronycon since like I said, its 80% fan stuff but I’m sure if the content there isn’t that good, you’d still have a blast from the experience.

Also Kung Fu Panda LOA Season 2 Ep 14 was about conventions.
