Merry Christmas everyone. Weather has been crappy where I live and I find it hilarious that the 2 days it decides to snow are 21/12 and Christmas day.

I haven’t been drawing or doing any 3D work lately because I’ve been in kind of a funk. I don’t know, maybe its Christmas Blues. As a kid I couldn’t understand why those movies depicted grown ups as beings who didn’t believe in things like santa claus, wishing on stars and magic in general. Now I know.  That childhood innocence affects everything about you. How you act, think and speak. I feel like part of that innocence has to be retained if you want to grow into making cartoons.

 I would like to feel like its still there but I think its just gone like the joys of waking up on December 25th. I also feel like that’s why there are so many bad cartoons. Grown ups are just so out of touch with their younger selves, they don’t know or remember what its like to be a kid besides the basic lessons and stories.
