Finally got some work.

I hate working in a kitchen doing dishwashing for a big business/hotel.

Why?

Hard work?

No. The work is great.

The People?

The people are all cool.

The hours?

Hours are pretty awesome actually.

The pacing?

Nope. Pretty steady pace

Then what?

……..They throw away everything.

They had huge trays of sandwiches, sushi, fruits, rice, cheese…and instead of saving them, they ordered us to just dump them into the garbage disposal.

I was second in command so by the time I saw it, they were already in the garbage. My boss let me try the sandwiches and sushi before but…its just …so depressing. If it wasn’t my first day I probably would have brought something to put stuff in. There was just…so much…wasted..food.
