This is tteok-bokki, everybody should try it, so good, so spicy.
Actually, here, let me give you a recipe, it’s super easy if you can get the ingredients:
ingredients:
- the ddukbokki (rice cakes- these are best when fresh, and you can eat them plain. But they sell them in frozen and cut-up varieties)
- gochujang (red pepper paste)
- dashida
- tempura! (if you want it in your ddukbokki that is)
- green onions
and now directions.. sorta xDD;
- put water in the fryingpan
- when it’s boiling put 1 spoon of gochujang (if you like it hotter put more gochujang, too much would make it taste bad)
- then put 1 spoon of dashida
- chop some garlic and put it in (I personally hate garlic)
- then when if it’s still boiling put the dduk in ! (:
- now like taste it, and put a little bit of sugar if you like it sweeter
- then put the tempura and some chopped up green onions (green onions optional)
>ddukbokki
>gochujang
>dashida
>tempura!
