I DIDN’T EVEN SIGN UP TO BE IN THIS UNION HOW THE FUCK IS IT ALREADY ON STRIKE BEFORE MY JOB HAS EVEN STARTED?

Like I got this email saying we’re going to be paid 1.50 less than average arena workers and I’m like “That’s shitty but it’s no big deal like try to negotiate that, that’s what you do right?” and they immediately say after to not come into work until we get paid 15 dollars and hour and I’m just like

MOTHER FUCKER I KNEW MY WAGE WHEN I STARTED I NEED THIS JOB 

Like 15 dollars is great but we knew what we were getting paid 5 months before we were hired and all of a sudden these “heroes” want to come in and fight for us and I just don’t care enough to refuse to work at a job when I’ve barely had a steady job for the last 6 years
