My chem teacher doesn’t allow phones to be on because OHH YOU MUST BE TEXTING ON YOUR PHONE but she allows laptops to follow with the presentation and im just like dude this guy is totally playing PS1 games back here but im no snitch cause I did the same thing back  in my university classes
