Luffy’s height according to Google is 172cm, and from the latter image, the R of the sphere is about 4/3rds of his height. Therefore, r=172cm∙(4/(2∙3))=172∙2/3cm=114.66…cm

Therefore:

m = (19.32)(4/3)∙π(114.66…)³g = 122013332.042g =  122013.3 kg = 122 metric tonnes.
