ZOOTOPIA POST #4: NICK’S APARTMENT. In the earlier version of the movie, the story revolves around Nick’s point of view instead of Judy’s. He had a sequence showing his dingy apartment at the basement of a building. I had to pull up references from photos of utility rooms, dismal service floors, and abandoned building basements to design his space. Fun.
