Everyone keeps telling me to build my own but I WAWNT IT NAOW.

I just want a budget normie computer for less than 300 bucks because the one I have is slow and can barely run maya. Heck I’m sure even normal computers can run skype and Clip Studio Paint at the same time without lag. I want to build my true computer after I get my next  check but right now I just want something already made to get by
