I’d recommend making an item set with a shock and a pitfall trap, Tranqs, Mega potions, and Mega dash Juice. I keep bug nets and picks in mine too but that depends if you want to gather on side during a mission!
My item sets are pretty much set for every mission without having too much on me. Its just tranqs are only really used in Capture missions so they’re not included.
