I’m pissed off.
Rose showed me this Coca Cola cake and I just had to try making it.

I screwed up the first time because I was so pumped in making it I couldn’t stop even after I realized I didn’t have cocoa. So I tried to substitute it. It came out awful but I knew it was my fault.

This time I tried it again following the recipe exactly. Nothing was out of line, everything was perfect and the cake…just tastes “alright.” I mean it looks beautiful but it just tastes “eh”. I’ve had boxed devil cakes better then this. Its really disheartening and kind of turns me off baking all together.
