Well don’t mean to ruin it for you but Karl is actually poking fun at his guide who keeps saying everything he does is awesome. What he’s saying is you can’t call everything is awesome. He says it annoys him that he uses the word so much.
“Awesome. I wish he’d stop saying that. It annoys me. Everything’s awesome, I’ve go no point as to judge things by any more. We had a burger. "It’s awesome.” It’s a burger! Let’s calm down. Say its alright, its nice, it’s a good burger.“
So yeah he’s not saying everything is awesome. He’s saying people shouldn’t call everything awesome. Context ruins everything!

How can people seriously think Garnet isn’t the best gem of the 3? Especially after the last episode?
Colors and some animation!! And some more progress to shots to show how I initially start my work to the end.
I get scared with tying down because I tend to lose some of the raw energy with the first pass roughs. Most of the time - my roughs conveys more emotion. I tend to keep my roughs very loose and basic so that I can focus on more of the performance aspects of the character. Sometimes, its hard to translate the graphic sensibility of the roughs to a tie down.

I only knew about him because of the Ricky show. He’s so odd he’s kind of brilliant.
