Okay. So get this. You guys like to joke around that I’m a closet furry but get this. These ads HORRIFY me. Its not uncanny valley or anything to do with the models theirselves. I think the models in the commercials are pretty close to what animal people would look like. So its not how they look, its their mannerisms. These animal people are not only bigger than humans in most cases, but they are also technically more advanced.
Don’t get what I mean? Look at any predator character. Now imagine having conflict with them. That’s right, these people can subdue you easily. Those claws and teeth still exists which means a simple break up could end up homicidal just from a slap.
Okay well that’s just carnivores, but the giraffe lady is hot, right? No mother fucker. In that commercial that giraffe chases down a terrified human man. Just from her size alone she could overpower most males.
Do you have any idea how terrifying that is? The implications of this world existing means animal people always have the upper edge in terms of physical conflict and even intimidation. Not to mention the commercials have shown that they still haven’t completely lost their feral instincts.
I guess you could say that about most animal people concepts, 3D or Not. But its not as apparent as it is in the Orangina commercials.
I’m just saying. You think that leopard lady its sexy, well imagine her being upset with you if you are unable to perform. In anything, not just sex. You will always lose the arguments as being in a relationship with her is literally a hazard.
Then again that might be why people are attracted to it. I mean I know the idea of having a relationship with a dragon that could tear you apart is adorable but for whatever reason that doesn’t scare me as much as these commercials.
That hits me so close you have no idea.
Same man. I find it interesting that he displays the lack of a male role model in the house as a lifeless doll instead of just out right being gone.
