And I haven’t been in the drawing mood lately. Some pictures just seem out of my grasp. But hopefully soon.
I generally don’t understand how someone can criticize the new God of War and Silent Hill for being lacking in original gameplay with the assertion that they are only borrowing concepts from previous titles and then turn around and praise Nintendo for the New Zelda.
UMM Hugh had me scared there for a second I was about to find out who I need to beat for making him sad
Okay maybe I’m being a little dramatic but I’m honestly kind of offended at the lack of notes this has? Hugh CLEARLY put a lot of thought and effort into this joke, and you can tell that he’s proud of it he smiles and even chuckles at his joke. Is it so hard for y’all to show appreciation for a good man? He’s trying to be funny is Wolverine himself not good enough for you guys? God
That satisfied dad laugh at the end
Shut the hell your mouth deniel
I just finished Penguins of Madagascar and it was weird but it was way better than Madagascar one and two.
But I just have to share this.
I’m not sure if this is on the dvd as I watched it on netflix but this was THE SINGLE MOST WEIRDEST CHOICE in the movie and I’m not sure most people would catch it. Maybe people did but I’m still going to share it.
Cut to a few minutes before the big climax

This is what a scene would look like on Netflix. But during the build up something happens that’s extremely easy to miss. Something really sneaky

Can you tell the difference between the shots?
Here’s a hint. It has nothing to do what’s in the frame. Nothing to do with the animation in the movie. Still don’t see it?
The letterbox shrunk.
Don’t believe me? Look.

The movie faked a skinnier letterbox.
Thus giving this effect.

Some of the assets are moving past the letter head and give the illusion of popping out of the frame.

This only happens for a few of the characters before the letterhead returns to normal.
I’m only posting this because I’m unsure if this is stupid or genius but despite everything that was happening I had to go back and see what I think I saw. I’ve never seen this technique used in a movie before and for it to be seen in Penguins of Madagascar of all things makes me wonder if it was on purpose or not.
First look at DreamWorks’ Boss Baby (2017) (x)
I have never wanted to punch a baby so hard in my life
