This played right before Logan and it confused the hell out of everyone because it seemed the movie was playing and Deadpool had appeared at the beginning of an Xmen movie.

That’s a shame, Logan looked like it’d be cool.

You might still enjoy it. I did enjoy the movie but I feel a lot could have been cut. This is a western version of X-Men where it seems like the end of mutants is finally here (As if Wolverine failed to save the mutants in X-men 2 and 3) and it’s actually pretty gripping to see how Logan and Xavier cope with the world on their last legs. But after a certain point I just stopped caring about the characters and their quest and became more vulnerable to when they would pull out violent bullshit just for the sake of it. It’s still a 7/10 movie in my opinion.

I didn’t like Logan. If Deadpool was a “R rated notreallyasuperhero movie done right” Then this was the same but done wrong. The characters were just all over the place and it’s “grittiness” had no rhyme or reason. Deadpool had a joke before the movie played but I feel like even as silly as Deadpool is, it handled it’s R rating better.  I felt like I was watching a movie and watching someone about to push the “Let’s do something stupid and violent because this is an R movie” button and I’m just shaking my head and they push it and
