My cousin used to be super into Jojo when I was too young to care and when we were over at his house, this was the only fighting game he had.

And now that I’m into Jojo he’s super happy and I’m getting jokes that I never cared about before like how Alessi’s stand used on Iggy doesn’t turn him younger but rather transforms him into his original design

The fact that this old ass game is packed full of references like this makes me regret not becoming a fan of Jojo way earlier in my life.
