as a guy with 40-something OCs, OCs are dumb
I think a Poppy O'Possum OC is just a fursona.‘
It’s not a fursona if I haven’t decided his species yet

Poppy ends up making someone mad and they hire someone to take care of her. The person in question is an assasin in training and this mission would make him an official assasin. He confronts Poppy and tells her he was sent to kill her. Poppy of course is ready to throw down but he talks her out of it telling her he wasn’t going to because he only believes in killing people who deserve to die, not strong mothers who just so happen to piss someone off. She convinces him to betray his boss and live in Eggton. Despite being an assasin he’s an extremely chill and childish individual. He does a bunch of oddjobs around town and never fights unless he has to. Problem is he makes a quick enemy.
Friedrich learns who he used to work for and chases him down constantly. The Ex-Assasin doesn’t want to fight and always repels the guard with a sheaved sword for non lethal knock outs. He seeks to find out a way to reveal his ex boss without having them attack the kingdom in retaliation which is why he doesn’t just tell Friedrich who they are.
That’s the gist of it. I don’t want to tell you how long I’ve thought about him.
I don’t know why i have so many character ideas for already existing settings but only have a few for settings I create.

My right brain is telling me to finalize a design for my Hero Academia OC/Self Insert who dropped out of hero high school. He has a belief that people should not have to depend on him to save them rather the world is full of beings with potential and the people should take it upon theirselves to help anyway they can instead of entrusting heroes to become the ones that take up the mantle while at the same time he can’t resist being the one to save someone when everyone else is too afraid to stand up. He hates that he’s always in situations where people with better powers would cower and he has to be the one to stick his neck out.
His ability is that he can control the shift and momentum of anything he can physically pick up and anything he’s recently touched. (Basically Uraraka but instead of controlling gravity he can only push and pull anything in one direction at a time) He mostly uses this for throwing and curving rocks but doesn’t really evolve beyond that. He returns to high school to challenge All Might and basically asking to train under him. Eventually he learns to control multiple things at once including entire pieces of land, using debris to make dustclouds, throwing weapons and even learns to continuously pull rocks into him covering himself completely with debris and giving him a protective outer layer.
I’ve imagined his fights with All Might and random bad guys while listening to the ost. I’ve imagined several arcs for him, I’ve even imagined an alternate version of the third opening staring him and his story.
But my Left Brain is telling me to not even make an OC because OC’s are dumb and that you’re autistic for even thinking this hard about something
