It would be worse. They’d be able to open doors and bug me. Well at least I could teach them how to speak. That would be more like raising babies and god I can’t see myself as a dad.
When my mothers’ dog had puppies, she was so happy. My brother was ecstatic to see them and my uncle was too. Everyone was excited…except for me.
Why? Because I knew, 4 weeks later, Mom, my brother and my uncle would be off at work leaving me to take care of them.
While they babied and googoo gahgahd them, I had to be the bad guy in teaching them to stop whining and biting. I had to be the one to seperate them from their mother when she needed a fucking break. I had to be the one to wake up at 3 AM to pick them up and shake them to get them to stop crying so much. And wouldn’t you know it, I’m the one that has to keep them on a 3 times a day feeding schedule.
God, I thought I already didn’t have enough time in the day to work on shit.
Hey, don’t be a jerk and you love on them puppies. Their time here is gonna be so much shorter than yours, so you should at least show them a good time before you eventually get rid of them.
Ya never know whats gonna happen to them when they leave you, so show em some love and kindness why you still can.

You misunderstand, I love the shit out of all of them and I’m upset that some of them will have to go. But its just the practice of keeping up with them that annoys me. We’re most likely keeping 3 and giving the others away so I really have to dedicate myself to especially loving those 3.

I’m sorry…I’m just disappointed that BRAVE won best animated picture.
It was good. But I honestly felt there was better in the category.
I love Pixar. I really do.. but the awards are becoming “Best Pixar Movie” Awards. I mean I’m sure even Cars got an award at one point. I haven’t even seen Brave yet but I knew it wasn’t going to be as catching as their last stuff. In terms of quality, they need to step their game up. Dreamworks and Bluesky are catching up and some of the other titles should be rewarded too. Pixar needs to really make it or break it next time. I don’t think they will be the higher ups for too much longer if they don’t really do it next time.
